Need some help..I don't even know if this is the right forum to post in. in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

First off, I use Windowblinds, have all the Stardock stuff..but I don't know how to edit any of it..not my thing. I want to use a Black Start Bar, with a certain Icon as the start button..
