Being red-green colour blind I cannot tell who is at war with who on the treaty page. The two red and green colours aren't sufficiently different in intensity for someone like me to tell them apart. I've just had the same problem as DocDVD. In my first genuine attempt to create my own ship design when I hit save nothing happens. In addition an engine part couldn't be removed. However when I gave up trying to save the design, once the window closed I had multiple dialog boxes suddenly show up stating "you can't remove that 'cause something else is attached" - despite the fact I couldn't see anything.
