I've had the mini map of the inf raduis's blur and mix into what looks like a messed up nes game. Same for the graphs on the map. Only way I could restore it was to reload the game, which is a pain in the rear with the load time. It has happen about 30 times to me alreadly, most just the graphs.

You are putting it in the wrong place. It goes in the TARGET box- Should be the top box- You are putting it in the START IN box. Switch boxes and they should work.
Well since you seem so sure, I suggest e-mailing Stardock. Or I could send you a unedited one. To put in there. I just don't see how the game could/would run without that file tho.
Its got to be there somewhere, otherwise you could not run the game. What files do you have in the data/english folder?

Just wondering why only 9 races with a custom and not 10?
Just don't have alot of free time, and like to play in the large galaxys.
Like in AP.
To start off I'd like to mention that I like playing -Master- every once in awhile to the races. So I made a map where I start with around 18 planets, then I'll use the cheats and get my pop maxed out. Problem is that at max its around 9000.0 and after a few turns it crashs. I was thinking that it was because a event tried to load and something went wrong. Any idea's why it crashs? PS: Why did they have to make it so it crashs if it goes over 9999.9!! Shame on them! People like to play
