So..... Let me see if my feeble little brain comprehends all this. If I get Object Desktop, all my worries will be over.....When I download a skin and apply it....ALL the goodies will be there? correct???

Hey Guys.... Real NEWBIE here, I have purchased WindowBlinds and installed it and most all works fine. When I down load a skin and apply it, the wallpaper for the skin doesnt comne on nor does the icon changes nor the pointers and cursors, what am I doing wrong. Here is my config....
