Any chance we will see some new docklets in this version?
WinMonster2
I have recently started getting this error with fences pro when clicking on the desktop icon. I have not made any changes to my computer in a few weeks so it has to be something that already exists or has changed with a windows update. the funny thing is that if you click the icon 3 times in a row the error does not show up on the 3rd try
I have run Fences and Fences Pro on Win7 x64. While I really like it, there is one very frustrating aspect. Everytime I add a file / folder to the desktop (inside or outside a fence), Windows Explorer crashes, and has to restart. It also happens if I rename a file on the desktop. Any ideas for a fix / workaround?
Can You give us more information like What Version of Fences are you running? any othe
From https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/downloads.asp#download Do you want to create your own ObjectDock docklets? Software Development Kit (SDK) allows you to create your own docklets! Try it now! Download SDK
Thanks Zubaz I knew it had to be there somewheres
They say it is cheaper than the new IBM SuperComputer
This weather docklet service is tempermental you have to keep working around you city name ,state or zip code they have some weird setup on their site. But, if you keep playing with it You can get your exact city out of it
When I set icons to classic view I can no longer have a single column of icons along the side of the screen. It automaically turns them into 2 columns no matter how small the fence is. Which puts icons out of visibility.
Where exactly do you get this from I would like to give it a shot . I click on the link in objectdock settings and it just brings me to the purchase page. I may very well be missing it but, some help would be appreciated.
replacing system32 with sysnative works for other 64 bit apps in the system32 folder on windows7 64 bit
I use a similar setup for my photo viewing softare in the link box I put the path to the program C:\Program Files (x86)\appdir\appname.exe in the arguments box I just put path i want it to open to for that icon without any other parameter info G:\Photo Gallery\jan25 and when I hit the icon it opens that folder specifically for browsing I use this same setup for changing directories when the app is alread
Nope as always it way over priced for the version with the best features and it has the serious mac limitations to it.
I have a 46 inch hd TV and the digital channels come in crystal clear hd quality on mine the standard channels look decent also I find them of equal quality to the old crt type tv I had now the game consoles are different it depends mainly on what resolution the game is made for but, most hd tv you can change the setting via the remote like 480p,720p,1080i etc. Although these settings are dependent on how the sepcific tv you buy is set up also. for game
Yes, its a laptop. Its at home so I dont have the make/model. I've not only reseated the optical drive (and HDD), I used mine which works fine. Tested his in my system and it works fine. On top of that, I can take the HDD out of the system and it still only has the HDD as a boot option. It has to be a BIOS setting, but what freakin setting? Defaults should still allow you to boot to a CD. In fact, restoring defaults
By Portable I am assuming you mean a Laptop if so can you supply the make and model number ? Edit - Correction to what I was asking

Can You Open the Deskcapes Console where you select the dreams from? what is the max resolution of your monitor? Another note: I had to give DeskscapesConfig.exe outbound access through my firewall to get it to work on Windows 7 64bit with my security software
Should just have to hide them before you shut down. At Least thats the way it works in Windows 7

If you could create a Flyout menu on ObjectDock that pointed to a certain fence that you have on your desktop when the Fence is in the hidden mode. Just a thought I was having probably not that feasible from the programming end of things
i have 64-bit windows 7 professional
I was having this problem when I started using fences and deskscapes together upgrading my video drivers fixed things up for me.
By GailGurman Posted October 21, 2009 4:10:09 PM I removed some programs that had icons in Fences, but now I can't remove the icons. I get a message saying "This is no longer located in C:\Users\Public\Public Desktop. Verify the item's location and try again." How can I delete such icons?
I had this problem once and for me all I had to do was drag the icon out of the fence and then I was able to delete it
Hello. I live in Stockholm, the capitalk of Sweden. I get data into my Weather Docklet. An alterantive way to do this is Replacing this C:\Windows\System32\SnippingTool.exe with this C:\Windows\Sysnative\SnippingTool.exe
