Okay, I may have found the multimedia pack. Load up Stardock Central, go to Games, and you should see Galactic Civilizations 2. Beneath it will be three subsections - Tutorials, Movies, and Multimedia. I clicked on Multimedia and it seems to be downloading now.
Okay, so how do I download the multimedia pack? I'm not immediately seeing how to do that. Having sound downloaded with the program seems like it should be pretty standard, and not something you do separately.

Hi, I posted about this in another forum, but it didn't appear so I'm going to post again here. I just got the game, and it looks great, but sound isn't working for some reason. I've fiddled with the sound options in the game and it hasn't helped. I've also confirmed that sound is working otherwise on my computer. Any recommendations?
I just got the game, and it looks great. Problem is, I don't have any sound for some reason. I've checked to make sure that the sound options are checked, and they are. Sound is also definitely working on all my other applications. I'm not quite sure what to do here.
