I have Spyware Blaster installed, which passively disables some ActiveX commands (or something like that?) it is not a running process, but more of a HOSTS file filter (I THINK). cannot install stardock central in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Well I can install it, but it will not run. I am having the following symptoms: At the "Welcome to Stardock! to begin using stardock..." screen Either I pick "i already have a stardock.net account" enter my account information and hit next and it hangs. If I hit next while it is hung it will instantly pop up the 1001 connection error warning. or if I chose to enter my information later, the program goes to the "registration complete" screen and then hangs. GalCiv 2 Theme in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I don't want the background to be the teal that the collectors edition GalCiv desktop pattern sets the desktop. I set it to some other color with the desktop control panal, but every time I reset, it goes back. Is there any way to have that not happen?
