Feature Request - NO TECH TRADE in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I've seen at least two threads about this, but no-one from stardock actually commented on this (at least I couldn't see any comment). Hi! I am not 100% sure, but maybe that ship was so powerful because of racial bonuses? I don't recall whether the Drath are powerful warriors or not...
