Not sure if I can help.... Make sure the frames are equally spaced in your image and also make sure that the image width is divisible by the number of frames. For example, if each frame is 10 pixels across and you have 5 frames, then make sure your image is exactly 50 pixels wide (not 51, etc...) Just fiddle with it until you get it right.... On a related (maybe) note.... Just saw this proggy that will allow you to make 'global' changes to a series of images... http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1040408793 Might be useful to lighten a dark skin, or darken a light skin to suit your personal preferences..

In fact, the skinning threads get tens of replies, while the non-skinning threads have hundreds - even thousands - of replies.
