Reply to 1.1 Beta - One of the AI's stopped working in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I noticed this, that When I found Ranger ships Id donate them to Minor races so that they could reek havoc. But only one race would use the Rangers. All the other minor races just had them sit idle. And they would be picked on and that irked me. This was on Pre 1.1 and huge map.
