A game option "Trade tech between AI" would be great. I agree with this post and it would probably add a very unique feel to the game if you had to worry about countering research trees for each race you fight.

Create custom race. Save. Load. 10% Social/Military bonus out of nowhere, and +4% logistics bonus. Save. Load. 20% S/M bonus, 8% L bonues. Save. Load. 30% S/M bonus, 12% L Bonus. Save. Load. 10% S/M bonus, 16% L bonus. Save. Load. 20% S/M bonus, 20% L bonus. etc etc.

No middle mouse button = no rotate function? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

So like many players out there, I use a common 2 button mouse with a scroll wheel. How am I supposed to rotate the camera view if I don't have a middle mouse button? Did you really leave out a rotate left/right hotkey or did you just forget to mention it in the manual?
