I would say that experience (in programming but also in knowing your colleagues) is extremely important. If you rebuild your organization all the time, then a lot will be lost in the process. The second time you do a big project with the same team it will be a lot more efficient, but not if you rebuild constantly. Sounds strange to me this, but maybe cause I am from socialist Norway (and no, socialism isnt communism).

On a tip from and elf working at Stardock I have changed Fullscreen to 0 in prefs.ini and voila. That did the trick...

The Master Sniper (I believe it is called). It was a crappy paperbook that I got for free. Listening to Panserhjerter (translates into something like Hearts of Iron in English) now as an audiobook. Written by Jo Nesbø. Best detective series I have read (excluding Sherlock Holmes ofcourse).

I am a bit surprised that Gamersgate isnt mentioned more in this discussion. They are doing a 1C sale this week (cheap Kings Bounty for example). I think most of what needs to be said in this discussion has been said. I do wonder though why location restriction is tighter in Impulse than Steam. Well, at least you can get the 1C games at gamersgate at 75% off now (Kings Bounty is a steal). So there is still some life left in Gamersgate, Impulse and a few others. I have yet to buy anything connected to steam. Was gonna buy Empire: Total War boxed version until I read the fine print on the box.
