Stardock ForumsActually on the first game I played (beginner, 3 other civs, small galaxy) I didn't know what I was doing, and when I was down to my last planet (homeworld) I found a Lucky Ranger. I suddenly had a chance against the other civs! However, maybe 10 turns later I found another Lucky Ranger. Another 10 turns, another Lucky Ranger. After playing for quite a while I found out that if I had less than 3 Lucky Rangers, I would usually find one in 10 turns.
