No 'stock' ships? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Is there any way to gain access to some of the 'stock' ship designs that the computer players seem to use? I've got a fair amount of tech, but I don't see anything other than: Scount Constructor Colony Freighter Defender Stinger(?) Should the 'Fighter' and 'Heavy Fighter' ships appear? There's a whole boatload of ship designs in the 'data' folder. I know I can design new ones, but I was hoping to avoid fussing with the designer the first time throug
