Stardock support came up with a solution which is simple when I think about it. I uninstalled it and then reintalled it with antivirus off. Hopefully if anyone has this problem in the future this solution will help them. Thanks to Stardock Support for their help.

did someone ever get a fix for this? I just upgraded from WB5 to WB6 and have encountered this issue. This is the only webpage I can find with the issue
