Hi all, I've searched for this problem online and in the forums, and I didn't see a solution, so I'll ask it here. If I'm double posting, please let me know and link me to the solution! I'm running GalCiv2: Twilight of the Arnor on a Windows Vista (32-bit) laptop. I have plugged into the laptop a Wireless Optical Mouse (2.0).
