Reply to Terraforming... in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

i got this tech for the first time last nite, and as far as i can tell, no, you cannot terraform a planet. it seems like it just opens the door for building a orbital terraformer (i think thats what they call it) automatically converts any unusable terrain available (not all the empty squares, just the ones you can upgrade to usable terrain) instanlly and for free. someone plz correct me if i'm wrong <img src="http://images.star
