Minor race homeworlds/systems in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

I'm the subsersive cultural dominator. The peaceful conquerer of peoples that don't know they are being conquered. I ruthlessly spam Influence bases with names like "Unity Base" or "Cultural Exchange". convincing alien barbarians that Human culture is superior. I keep a reasonable military as i'm usually gonna have to fight the Yor and Thalans, but I try to get freinds to do that for me.
