I have all the latest drivers including graphic driver, windows is up-to-date and the game is fully patched. Here is the debug.err: Debug Message: Version v1.0X.1 last updated on: Mon Mar 6 13:57:14 2006 Debug Message: Could not find a TGN Serial No. What is a TGN serial number? I appreciate the help;)

The error message I recive is this; Galactic Civilizations has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Real help the message that windows produces, thanks microsoft;)
