From my experience with the latest version of Galaxy Forge you are able to link planets in one solar system with planets in another solar system with the normal phase lanes. You do not need to use wormholes or jump from star to star. Just add a phase lane from whatever planet in System A to whatever planet in System B and it should work fine. (By the way, if you select one planet and hold down CTRL then click on another it will make a phase lane. Its faster than right clicking, just in case y
