Freezing Tutorial Videos in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Whenever I try to run the Tutorial videos, they freeze every time after about 10 seconds of video play, and occasionally, continue later on. The voice explaining thing continues as well, but It's difficult to see what it's talking about with no video. Can anyone help me?
