I'm a bit confused with the production from factories. Are the outputs of the factories only used on the world on which they are produced, or does your entire empire benefit from the factory output? Related to this, if I click to build something, say a Xeno Lab and it tells me 25 weeks. But instead I first build a factory, then a Xeno lab, I'll be told say 13 weeks. What causes this to be faster? Is it that I have another factory on th
