How long do I have to wait? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

OK, so here I am waiting for stardock to send a reply to my activation request email. Can't play the game. Just waiting, and waiting. I sent my request on Monday in the AM, it is now Thursday in the PM and I'm still waiting. Anybody else using the email method to activate? How long did you have to wait? Stardock - what's the problem? Why do I have to wait and wait and wait? Frustrated User.

Activating a patch, IMHO, is downright silly. No where on the box did it say that an internet connection is needed to activate the game. And in anticipation of all of you who will say I don't need an internet connection because I can email-activate the game, might I remind you that you need an internet connection to email. When I downloaded the patch I was informed that I'd need my serial number, but nothing about having to activate the game. Now I can't play at all. (And No, I'm not willi
