Reply to Tactical Combat? Did anyone say Tactical Combat? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Combat Mission is the ONLY serious simulation of WW2 tactical combat. One of the best game series' ever. BTW: did some of you play Space Empires IV ? For me this was the successor to Moo2 with the exception that it was better in EVERY imaginable way (if you exclude fancy graphics). As I'm about to upgrade my stuff and get a new box for ES:Oblivion, I have a question: I bought GalcivI2 via Stardock and downloaded/installed it with Stardock central. I KNOW I read something about burning a copy of your game but I'm not able to find it. Is it possible to burn a CD and install from there, without using Stardock Central? If "yes" can I still update the game? Sorry if this has been asked befor
