How do you repair Starbases? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I can't seem to figure out how to repair starbases. I got Enhanced Miniturization to get Repair Bots but I didn't find a repair module. Is it one of the Starship Defense technologies? Can someone tell me how it's done please? My best starbase is down to 3 HP and I spent tons of money on it.

This is an excellent game. Despite a few issues I'm enjoying it immensely. I have been looking for a game to play to replace MOO2 and this is it finally. Thanks for your great work on this. I think I will enjoy playing this for some time to come. I like the detailed design options, the great animations, the smart AI, customization options, and the depth of the gameplay.
