1. Ability to start a game with no tech, no ships and no planetary improvements for all races (old epic style game). 2. Disable ships with no engines from moving 1 - these can make great defensive star system platforms 3. This is a modder request => Allow us to mod the planet specials so that we can setup 'special' planets or we simply make sure everyone starts out the same.
