As I understand it, if you are in a game and go to menu to choose the option 'Main Menu' the game will bring you back to the Main Menu with the 'Continue' option active. This is for any game, whether it is Campaign or not. Main Menu, Main Menu, Main Menu. Yes I think it is a retarded use of the Continue button, as it should be linked to you most recent saved game. I usually make the planet worthless one way or another. With fleet costs and logistics having a a couple quick mover fleets in some of your hot zones is a good idea, but you can keep the entire empire covered 24/7. Sometimes ya just gotta take it
