EVERY game should have a good AI for it because not everyone wants to play Online or versus Human opponents. This will always be true. Neither do I think it smart to give up trying to make a great AI because we haven`t managed one yet. This can be easy or complicated depending on how much you know about computers, let`s try the easy way: 1.Find an mp3 file you like. Put it somewhere on your desktop. 2.Go into your Gal Civ 3 game folder and look for the Music folder. Copy this music folder and place it in the same folder (or anywhere you prefer) , so you have a copy if anything goes wrong. 3. I like how logistics works since it makes a lot of sense. A lot of people think `Well why can`t I have as many ships as I want in a group?`, but it`s not that simple. The more ships you have the more it needs managing. When you say unplayable what do you mean exactly? Is it very stuttery? My system isn`t even as good as yours (i5, R9 280X and 16 gig ram) and it flows perfectly even on really big maps. maybe you have some kind of anti-virus or other background utility interfering? Maybe defrag if your drive is not SSD?

The Terrans are always good. In every game. It`s getting sort of predictable now. I`m thinking of making a new version of them which is more real world and just acts benelovent.
For me the Tactical AI needs work. Has nobody noticed how Transports will get themselves in the midst of a battle and get themselves killed sometimes? Or how ships don`t wisely stay back with the Starbase to use its extra firepower? It`s commons sense tactics when defending that should be standard. I`ve seen other 4X games do better. At least give me the ability to order certain ships to `Hold back`. Also some ground action would`ve been nice, even if abstracted. <

Wow, I missed out on that one. I only knew about the game by Angry Joes review a day ago. Anyway, I actually do hope it will remain exclusive. Too many times I`ve seen games say something is exclusive then 6 months later, everyone else ccan have it as well. That`s why I never pr-ordered, I would just wait.
Well, sure, have it as an option, but I wouldn`t use it. It seems silly to want to control how another Faction acts in its fights towards another, just because you don`t like it, so you want a never ending war which is even more ridiculous.

Ok, just posting to say i really like Gal civ 3, but then again i liked Civ 2 -Didn`t like Suns as I am a turnbased fan. Stuff I like: 1. I made a separate AI civilization called the `Femists`. These happen to be females that rule males with an iron fist. Men are little more than slaves. Considering my custom nation is a Patriarchal Society set in the 18th century British empire style we don`t get on with the Femists very well, war looms, but it makes for a good game! Question, the manual does not appear to explain how to delete custom nations you don`t want. how do I do this?
