When dealing with starbases, I'm often left at a loss when it comes to determining whether I've maxed them out at my current tech level, module wise. Is there a way to see what modules are still possible for a starbase, and if not, could you add something to the interface which allows you to pull up the expansion possibilities for an individual starbase?

I can't set a starport to build nothing from the civilization manager screen anymore. Anyother selection is fine, but nothing is ignored in favor of the original setting. Same goes for clicking on the planet and changing it from there. Only way to stop a starport building is to double click the planet and use that interface. My full system specs are listed in my first bug post, way back when.
I was having some problems installing the game via Stardock which have now been resolved, but since I had the CDs already I decided, at the time, that I would unistall the game and do a fresh install from the discs. Unfortunately, there was no listing for the game in the Add/Remove Programs screen on my XP machine. Also, my copies of the original GC and GC:AP now had the GC2 icon. When it comes to the mechanics, it's not that I want to know how numbers are calculated. It's that I want to know what I'm buying when I buy it. If a building increases the planet economy by 5%, how much money is that? If I mine a military resource, what will the stats on my ships increase to? If I build a stadium what will the planet approval rating become? I don't want the algorithm, I want a report on how things will be after I expend resources
