i once had that problem, but I upgraded my video card, so things are working fine. to change the windows language just go to control panel, then regional and language options, and just change it.

if you are going to specialize a planet for, lets say, production and other planets for economy etc. if you want to have your production planets just pumping out ships, then this equals wasted production for all of the other planets. the ships would take so long to create, there is no point.

a few questions in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

before is start, well done to stardock, looks like a great game so far. I just got the game today as i live in Australia, and a few questions arised while playing it for the first time. 1. how does one increase the quality of the graphics, in the screenshots the ships (on the main map) look very crisp and detailed. for some reason mine look quite bland, and not very detailed. by the way my video card is an nvidia Geforce 4 mx 440 AGP 8x 2. w
