I looked in the folder, did a search through all folders, etc and don't have a debug.err for Galciv2. Any other way to provide the needed info? Not sure if it helps but I can continue the game for years if I never attack anyone, it only happens after a prolonged war and even if I reload the game.
I looked through a few posts and I probably missed the one about this, so point me that way if I did. Anyway, every game I play gets to a point where I am beating down one of the other races. I have a ship attacking one of their planets, it gets the first attack off and wins, I click to have it attack a second time and it does nothing. I try to move it, it has 0.0 as the movement time to where
