How to decommission a capital? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Sorry if this is a repost: How do you decomission a capital on a planet that you take over and move it back to it's previous location? It's very frustrating to have developed a manufacturing capital on a properly planned planet, only to have to move to some class 6 dump when you take it over

Taking over a planet with a Tech/Economic/Political Capital in Economics GalCiv2 Forums

One thing that I haven't been able to figure out is how to avoid losing my current 'capital' planets when I take over another planet with a capital(s).. I can't seem to decomission the capitals on the new planets... what am I missing?
