Pirates have destroyed several of my trade routes with individual ships. these individual ships couldnt destroy my heavily fortified starbases though, and suddenly sent in a huge fleet. managed to bring back my "top fleet" back to destroy them in time. Pirates are a fantastic part of the game, which definitely adds spice. Saving Problem. Help Please! in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hey guys, I have a problem the with game! Everytime I try to save, after typing a game name etc, i click save, the "saving" screen shows for a tiny split second, and returns me to the game... However, when I try to load a game, there are no games saved! I'm using GalCiv2 1.0X.010 - any ideas on what the problem could be and how to solve it? Thanks.
