GAME WONT INSTALL in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hey guys ! Need some help. Received game today ...and it simply wont install past 95 %....it gets to 95% and hangs every time . Ive disabled Norton anti-virus etc ... and all non essential software...but still wont complete installation ..... Any ideas please .... or should i return it ...... ?
