Windows shutdown skin?? in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

I just downloaded WindowBlinds and have been slowly learning how everything works. I just started messing with bootskins and user startup pages today. I was just wondering if there are windows shutdown screens as well? Logon studio doesn't offer it as an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Does that also include the purchase of WindowBlinds? In other words, I downloaded "ChaNinja" skins for WindowBlinds and it works fine except the icons on the start menu don't come up (I just get the default windows icons). However the icons work fine under things like Internet Explorer. Or am I just doing something wrong?
