I keep asking my version of galciv2 how I can turn my life around, and also for investment advice. It completely fails to deliver every time. This is an indication of really bad AI!!!

I keep waking up with a fully erect penis after having dreams about my latest gc2 game. Am I going crazy? Is there some medicine I can take for this? I usually sleep on my stomach and I like wake up with my butt up in the air fully balanced on my todger! It hurts! I don't really want to stop playing the game but at this rate I'm bound to do some sort of serious injury. Is there a console command that I can use to tone down the erotic aspects of the gam
I have it on good authority that creativity gives you a bigger weenie based on this ratio: creativity points x [research facilities / 100] = weenie length I call it the weenie prinicipal. Please send all letters of congratulation, awe struck flattery and offers of sex with your significant other to Stardock Systems immediately.
I really don't see why the devs need to explain themselves on this issue when it was the move to multiplayer design that nearly killed the 4X genre in the first place. Taking all the good bits out so players wouldn't be waiting an hour per turn gutted the genre and left it limp and useless. The only people complaining about the lack of multiplayer are people who probably complain about everything and just like to whinge.
The post from the devs on this site said that the 1.1 patch would be available "at the end of the week" 3 weeks ago now. And no it didn't say it was going to be a beta it said that the 1.1 patch would be available. So where is it? I'm not a beta tester, I don't want a stupid beta. You said that the patch would be out 3 weeks ago so where is it? Is there an ETA or are we just supposed to hang around like a bad smell forever?
I'd like to see more hotkeys & more flexible ship building automation... But i guess there's a suggestion thread for this
bah, i give up... this is way too hard for a 4th mission, I can't even get to the point of getting the tech to outpace the dlord ships before i get wiped out. They didn't play test this mission or something it's totally unbalanced. The pre mission blurb makes out like you might encounter the dlords, oh and if you do don't bother them. what crap, they come after you straight away and what chance have you got? They don't even mention anything about fixin
1) How about an option on the startup screen where you can select the overal quality/size of the planets to create. 2) There should also be a random option for selecting opponets. Dude that is coming in the 1.1 patch, read the news <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile
I thought it was illegal to interfere with minors? You guys must all be Belgian or something.
I am waiting for the final version of the patch before I install it, hopefully the minor probs will be worked out by then... should only be another day or two...
Thanks for the detailed tips, i'll try it out. I have been rush building colisers and quickly getting 6 planets not 4, but even then i can't develop much weapons tech before the dlords start harrassing me. But I haven't tried rushing all the research buildings. What do you mean by shut down the economy when i run out of money?
Sorry if this has been suggested already but I don't have time to read through 11 pages of forums posts I've always thought it bizarre that there is no direct link between the ship design and ship building screens. It's really clumsy and the game will benefit greatly from a button on each page to swap from one to the other. In fact I can't actually find a way to
Desperately need some help with the first campaign mission where you encounter the DLords, mission 4 I think. In the pre game blurb it recomends that you 'avoid engaging' the lords but they come after me like flies on poo every time I play. Have restarted the mission over and over and get wiped out by dreadlords every time. How the heck are you supposed to do this mission when one Dreadlord fighter is strong enough to wipe out your entire empire??????
Sorry, I don't follow jargon. WTF is a 4X gamer? Where I live 4X is a brand of Beer. Does it mean a sad & lonely person with no friends who wastes all weekend playing sim/conquest games to sooth their ego and make them feel like they're accomplishing something with their impotent & inefectual lives? Burn your PC and get a real hobby guys, something that lets you meet people and possibly girls. Spending time pretending to conquer a galaxy is laughable r
