I have had this problem 2 or 3 times. 1. I change my goverment to Star Democracy ( I change back and it goes away) 2. I get a planet with +moral bonus The results is all my approval goes to 1% on all planets Morale =1%. -37% from population. -38% from taxes +18% from buildings on planet. +_2147483648% from native ability. +%10 from hight quality planet The game becomes unplayable after this happens<

This is with patch Ver2 Beta When I researched Star Democracy and made it my government type my approval rate went to 1% on all planets. The problem is the when you look at how the results are made there was a weird number % Native Population showed something like +-2089479038490234908% . How do you change Government back? I have a picture that I will upload later.

The fighter vs. capital ships is not hp/engines/etc but the chance to hit The larger the ship the harder it should be to hit a fighter The other option or addition to the above is the greater the power of a weapon, the harder it is to hit a fighter or other small ships A super weapon should not be able to target a small fighter IE the Death Star could not hit the small fighter This would make a fleet more mixed some large and some small ships wit
