Stop Empire Tree scrolling in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I am hoping that someone in the forums has the answer to a problem which has been driving me crazy throughout the entire collection of Sins iterations.The problem is how the empire tree (or whatever the list down the left hand of the screen containing your fleets, planets, etc. is called) scrolls all the way to the bottom, for example, any time I select an individual ship from within it. Ship Importer in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

I've got a problem and it has to do with ship designs. I've spent an enormous amount of time, seriously over 100 hours (I know it's pathetic), creating ships in GalCiv2 and Dark Avatar and don't want to lose that time or those ships when I switch to Twilight of the Arnor. I've tried moving my templates from DA to TotA and have had mixed results, some ships seem fine, while others are hideously mangled with no hope for repair. At this point I'm unable
