I am not using any mods. I checked the options screen and Mods are not even enabled, so I doubt this is the issue.

After the update to 1.6, the game crashes on the Building Map Screen. I am able to load a saved game, but unable to start a new one. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a solution.

Espionage against minor races in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, I have a question. Can you use espionage against minor races. I keep getting told that my espionage level is not high enough to do certain things against a minor race, like look at its home world, but I do not see a slider like on the major races that would allow you to set the espionage rate. Am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions. Thanks.
