Is there a text file telling what was updated in the patch? in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

First time poster here, so forgive if I ask a n00bish question. However, I've used Stardock twice now to update my game, but I'll be darned if I can find anything that says what was updated. Anyway to find out? Thanks
