Suggestions: Loans and Ship Designs in Ideas GalCiv2 Forums

I have two suggestions/requests for the game (which i have really enjoyed): 1. One part I like is that you can use "loans" to help buy ships and buildings, and then pay them back over time. I was wondering a page could be added to the domestic screen that would allow you to see all outstanding loans (amount and how much time remaining to pay them back).
