when i go to windows.com it says that i need Marcomedia Flash player but when i go to the link to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash there is no d/l popup and no alert at the top...

When I download a cursor and select open a pop up comes up saying that i dont have the proper program to run it...so i saved it the next time and when i extracted it there were just .pngs and not a cursor xp theme...what do i do?
