Switch to DesktopX Builder Mode > then open the DX config. window and select the "Desktop" tab. Once here, under desktop section click the "open desktop data folder" button and all the graphics should be there. Edit then replace and save the theme.

Step One: Download and install BootSkin . Step Two: If the downloaded BootSkin file format is .bootskin (which all should be), just double-click it and the file will self install. Step Three: If step two failed to work, open bootskin > select File > click "Import from file" Step Four: Find the loaded Bootskin file in the bootskin config window, highlight it and select apply.

I'm confused what you want. Both of the docks you have...are then Zoomer's or Tabbed Docks. Tabbed Dock require Object Dock Plus. If I understand you correctly you want to not see window previews on the running tasks part of the dock. Open Dock settings > go to Effects > Then uncheck the option that states "Represent minimized Windows by their screenshot". That will take away the window preview. Irfanview is a free graphics viewer that will allow you to convert the image. P.S. is Photoshop. But you're problem is probably with the way you're setting up your image. Once you click Indexed color, you should then use the "Palette" drop-down menu to switch the image to "Local (Perseptive, Selective, Adaptive)..I personally favor adaptive for most images. Then make sure under "colors" it says 16, if not change it to 16. Now
