MY FIX! Ok i had the on board video card still enabled as well as my Nvidia. All i had to do was go into my hardware and DISABLE the onboard video card! no more black screen! the game works so far.. of course i have only just got it started. I hope this black screen solutions helps others.

Full screen mode = black screen. Runs FIne in windows mode.. although extreamly slow! Any black screen fixes out there? I have updated drivers good card great memory.
