Territory-Diplomacy idea... in Ideas GalCiv2 Forums

Ok...this is not exactly new idea, maybe it has been mentioned before, but is how i feel. I am very protective of my borders and I consider it act of war if my space(spheare of influence is violated within my space, what happenes on border happens on border)I dont nescessery play evil aligment, but somehow during game i just become that, becouse I dont want other factions ships flying through my space or creating Influence/economy bases around my homeworld or any other world.I understan

Any and all ship models will be added to the mod. There are probably another 50 cool designs out there - just a question of how many have been made in some form that can be converted to .X files . The only small question would be about how true to canon the AI ships would appear. Perhaps (rebel?) minors of majors could use the less significant ships?

Hi I have been reading some posts about minors in GC2 and what can I say..I feel with poor souls... Anyway...idea is to add option of how many minor races you want in your campain.If there are 10 availble, than have option of adding some and which ones,something like a slider.I am not thinking of those who break of your faction minors... Also if minors can get in some kind of coallition with eachother or ability to make treaty to protect minor worlds-adds + to your good aligmen

WOW...cool star adder. After DA comes i think we will be able to start with more than one star system.These names might be very helpfull later on... It is fairly easy to mod star names,there is tutorial on main mod forum.Would like to be able to give nearest stars to some epmpires proper names.Exempel :closest star to Narn home system would automatically be named T'Linn or Maroth,etc.Same goes for other... @Eclipse: It's not just TNT blocking further B5 efforts. When JMS planned to make the big screen movie Memories of Shadows last year Warner stated that he would have to replace the original actors with more famous and popular ones so it sells better. So he simply canceled the project. Guess Jos Whedon would have done the same if he would have had to replace the Firefly crew to get the Serenity movie out.
