Reply to Sick 'n tired of loosing ship designs in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

One of the things I noticed is when you see a box with new ships that tie to a certain hull size will list ships that you can build with that new hull size, but they will not be immediately ready for build. They'll have a number in perenthesis that lists how many more techs you need to be able to build that ship. For example researching medium hulls I'll get a listing like: Assault Gunboat(3) Meaning I need three more techs of a different sort to build that gunb
