I have complained and complained about the lack of cloth maps, real printed manuals, and doo-dads in games these days. For me to miss out on this would be a sin that I cannot be forgiven of. Continue to be awesome Brad and Stardock!!! :D

I love the current difficulty of the pirates. I am actually a little worried I will lose a bid rather than not caring. You have the option to turn off pirates for a game.

I know this is very last minute request for Diplomacy. But I think it would add to the immersion to do a couple of little things like adding warning sirens to starbases when they are heavily damaged. You'd only hear it if you zoomed in somewhat close to it.

They started in the same star system as me in a 5 star game. 10% Military bonus from having lots of ships 10% For having an embassy 10% Race relations and then 10% from giving them credits. As far as I can tell, you can get them to 60% and then pay them to temporarily boost it another 10%. So it hits 70% for about 1 minute, but that still isn't good enough for them to like me.

I have tried everything I can think of. The highest disposition I can get with an AI player is 70. And at 70 all they are willing to do is cease fire. I know some of the trade pacts and such don't work right now, but I can't even get them to share ship/planet vision or join with me in peace. I have failed to make any sort of alliance at all. I've recently been reminded on why I like Stardock so much. I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate and consequently had to reinstall all my games. Extended development time seems to work for Blizzard. If Stardock can afford to push back the release date, which they stated they can, then I see no reason not to take a little bit longer to make a perfect game. Pushing the date back gets my vote.
