no internet guy got screwed in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hey folks It's rare that I buy a game , but for this one I actually payed almost 50 bucks!!! All that hard labor to earn that money.... But hey, I heard this was supposed to be like MOO2 so I got right away. You guys are basking in the glory of an ancient relic, BUT, I hear good things about this so called "GCII". My problem is this : I don't have the net so It's pointless to download Stardock central. But I want the patches
