Looks interesting. I love making custom races out of the AI, glad to see many here do the same!! My game is in the shitter. The Torians declared on me but i was ready and was able to take many of their worlds, and to stem their influence spamming. Yup, nothing too odd there. I did make note of grabbing the debugg right after a crash. Any other is useless. You do need to update your graphics drivers though, there has been a march release. And your sound drivers are well out of date.

SG:1 and Atlantis are both gems, IMHO. I didn't care for SGU. If you liked ST:TNG or DS9, or Babylon 5 for that matter, then Stargate should please you easily!

I have my latest game going, and it's a tooth and nail affair. Suicidal giga abundant all 9AI, 8 minors playing with a custom ARC Krynn (Thalan HW and super breeder) race. All victory conditions on. Rules/limitations. Never go to war unless declared upon. (or if an ally has been declared upon) No more than 10 capital ships. No game cheese. Often when you use too many pieces of jewellery it can use up too much memory and this can result in some peices not being seen. The fact you said your game is going slow also suggests a memory issue. What system specs do you have and what were the game settings?

Well, the TA game i spoke about doing is in the garbage, along with TA. I recall now why i never got into TA upon release, it sucks. That is of course my opinion and as opposed to DA. I really cannot get into it. TA doesn't feel like GC2 to me, more of a total conversion mod or something. The tech trees are horrible (i know there a good mods out there for TA) and the gameplay just feels lethargic. I'm not looking for a debate or anything, i know plenty of f

Like i said, German sentence structure (especially the placement of verbs) is odd. Online translators could give you the words, but not the context. I'm so very much a novice when it comes to German though, i find it a difficult language to grasp. (at least to write with)

And it's a level playing field, it's the same for everyone, i see no reason to change it. If it bothers you that much, sell the ship on turn 1 and go ahead and build your lesser ship. Problem solved. (if there was one to begin with...) Hang on, let me back up. You do realize that the AI know where all the planets are don't you? I can't recall the debate about this, it was 6 years ago, but if you take away your Survey ship you only nerf your own ability to scout

Nice, ty. GalCiv2 has another whole set of forum levels as well. I wonder if SINS and Elemental do as well. And your level on one site, does not translate to another, that i have seen anyway. I am Veteran on GC2 Forums and can give more karma, yet that does not apply on wincustomize. (which is why i give all my karma from GC2!)
