Cheats?!?! I not long ago, finally, got the medal for beating every map against maximum number of Hard opponents, cheat free. I actually consider it one of my greatest achievements in all of gaming. Sad, i know. :)

Ahh ok Rolo, i got ya now. Yeah the dangers of being hacked with just your name is huge, let alone any other peice of info you give out. I don't have FB on my phone, i don't trust it. Like i said, if FB and the dangers of you information getting into the hands of hackers, has become this much of a concern, it's time to dump it. Of course if your vigilante, then you can protect yourself quite well. I'm confidant using FB and gmail since i am very aware of what information

I also installed Jetaudio, i hadn't used i

I have always used free media players. Iv'e never needed anything over the years that Winamp free has not provided. That being said, my requirements of a media player (for music at least) are very small. If it has reasonable album management and plays music, it's on the list! (i use VLC for all video requirements) I have no problem buying software though, but it needs to be something that cannot be done or found any other way. Is anyone using, or has used F

Thanks for the replies all! I do use iTunes, but mainly for just managing my idevices, as a stand alone player, i just don't care for it. I tried Xion, and it was too minimalistic for my needs. I'll try both MediaMonkey and Spotify. As for other means, i don't listen to music at home except on my PC. i have good speakers (Altec Lansing 5.1) and Winamp does provide for many opions to fine tune your experience. The only other place i listen to music is in

@Ace...WOW....I'm always just a little scared when you get those unexplainable browser changes, and when it's with the weirdness you just mentioned, even more so! Wondering about the security and wisdom of having this software installed now.... Did you run your AV and Cleaners Ace? Did it pick anything up?

I'm gonna get myself a 1967 Cadillac Eldorado convertible, hot pink, with whale skin hubcaps and all leather cow interior and big brown baby seal eyes for headlights. Yeah..........." Thats odd. We're talking about the Launchpad here yes? The installer for me failed to gain a net connection, i thought nothing of it at the time, and i actually expected the install to fail, but it proceeded and i was never presented with any options about installing, (i double checked just now) and have no 3rd party apps/toolbars or erroneous homepages installed. Guess it was just a flumix with the installer. In any case, i can understand the thoughts behind including these th

Just installed the Xwidget and beware, by default it wants to install some 3rd party stuff. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] Wants to install a toolbar and make some page your homepage plus a third thing i don't already recall, i unchecked all three boxes. I continued with the installation, but i'm not a fan. A little too messy for my tastes and not at all an improvement, IMHO, over the similar product from Winstep, which i don't use wither. Personal

All this really does, is it shows how ingrained FB has become in our social lives. That it now has got to be such a concern to affect ones job or education proves it has grown to powerful. That being said, someone has to be fairly naive to post on your social network sites anything that you do not want the general public knowing, and that includes your employer! As a rule, one should never post something that you wouldn't say out in public. Rolo, i don't get this part. <br

If i was applying for a job that required this of me, well i would ask specifically what is it in my FB you are interested in, and i may... may ..log in and show them my FB page. But I would do so under the caveat that I will be the one logging in and i will be clearing browser history and cookies after doing so. What's next though? Handing over your phone so they can look through all your messages to see what you have sent? Allowing them acces
